Why is it important to have a first aid kit around?

Busted knuckles are a thing when you are working on machines! Having a proper first aid kid is essential in working around these issues and keeping your people on task. We try to be as safe as we can be at the RENU offices, but we have had to dip into our first aid kit several times. I have a knack for tripping over air (my dad always said I was about as graceful as a crippled cow on roller skates trying to cross a frozen pond). The First Aid Only® Pac-Kit® has everything you need to be OSHA compliant for your work area and office.

This kit contains 143 items housed in a convenient waterproof case to keep your supplies dry, organized and handy! The variety of bandage sizes and shapes should cover any MINOR wound you might incur. If you are doing major damage, I don’t think there are any kits to help you out. If you are like my husband, you just might need to keep a nurse around, or teach your wife how to do stitches. In the 17 years we have been together, there have been hundreds of stitches in his hands (and more that he refused to get).

This kit also helps with minor burns…we recommend making sure motors are cooled off before you try to replace them, but we also know that waiting is not fun! The pain relief tablets come in handy when you have coworkers who like to whistle or are constant complainers….we won’t won’t name names! The RENU CREW all easy to work with and would never be a headache ;) We sincerely hope you have no need for the kit besides the minor annoyances of everyday life, but in the event that you have someone on your team that is accident prone, we want to make sure your bases, and cuts, are covered!
