For orders less than $50, we will charge a flat fee of $9.99.
We ship by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. We can ship your items by a quicker method at an additional cost if you desire, but you must Contact Us first before placing your order.

WOW! Shipping janitorial equipment can be very costly because it can be big and heavy. This is why people LOVE us! We will ship your order for FREE as long as you spend $75 or more.
Equipment will be shipped by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. However, sometimes items are too big to ship using these standard carriers. If this is the case, we will ship with a freight carrier.
Freight deliveries are made using a semi-trailer or box truck because the items to be delivered are fastened to a pallet and require a fork lift or pallet truck to transport on and off the truck. Lift gate service to our residential/commercial customers is available and needs to be identified during the checkout process.
Freight carriers require a valid phone number for their driver to contact you to allow successful delivery of heavy and/or large shipments. They will contact you by phone prior to driving to your location to ensure you are available to receive your order. Not providing a valid number may result in delayed or failed shipments
If a freight carrier is required, we will contact you to gather the necessary details to ensure the successful delivery of your products.

Returns
If you need to return an item you MUST contact us first. If you do not and just send an item back, the return will not be processed correctly. Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly and provide you with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Within 30 days: We will give you a full refund as long as we receive the product in the same brand new, unopened condition as when we sent it out! If it is not in brand new condition the order is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
After 30 days: You must contact us. We are pretty awesome and may make an exception. Any return after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will ONLY be refunded back with store credit. Ultimately, we try to do everything we can for our customers!
Returns? YES, but you need to contact us first. As long as you have your own UPS or Fedex account # we will accept the return following the same policies outlined above!
EQUIPMENT

After 30 days: We do not accept returns after 30 days for any equipment purchase. If you have a defective item and need a replacement please contact us. Most products are backed with a manufacturer's warranty. We will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy with your product!
