What are your normal business hours?

We are open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. If you need something please let us know! We are here to help you with anything you may need! If you need something outside of business hours you can call and leave a message or you can email us. We will get back to you ASAP!

What if our business has tax exempt status?

Please Contact Us before you make a purchase because we will honor your exemption! In order to be tax exempt, we will need a copy of your tax exemption certificate. Send a copy to Orders@renusupplies.com. We will store the certificate with your account and will gladly make your purchases tax free!!

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

If you aren’t finding the product you need in the categories or through the search function, Contact Us and we will be happy to help you find it. Tim (aka The Parts Professor) is basically a walking parts catalog.  We try to stump him, but I’m pretty sure he could source a Flux Capacitor if we really, truly had a need for one!  If it is supplies you are looking for, our combined 50+ years of industry experience will come in handy in helping us help you.

Why does the item I receive look different than the picture?

We strive to send out the exact item in the picture. However, every now and then our main supplier is out of stock and we will have to get an item from a different supplier. This may result in a slight color variation of the product and that is it! The quality of our products will ALWAYS be of the best quality. If you are unhappy with the quality of an item please Contact Us and we will help to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase!

Where is my order?

If you have received a tracking number, use that to stalk your packages.

If it has been more than 2 business days and you have not received a tracking number or any communication from the RENU Team, Contact Us and we will find out where your order is and when you should receive it.

If it has been more than 7 business days since your package shipped and you still haven’t received your package. Sometimes UPS and FedEx get a little overwhelmed and misplace packages. Contact Us and we will follow up with them to get your package back on track. 

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it Contact Us and we will ask the carrier for more information about where they left it. 

If your package appears to be going to the wrong place, blame Guy…he’s a trouble maker!  Really, Contact Us and we will look into it. Sometimes we get our wires crossed and the wrong tracking number ends up on the wrong order.

How do I order the correct size brush for my machine?

Let’s start out by saying that most manufacturers exaggerate the size of their machines.

In a perfect world, if you have a 20” machine you would think a 20” brush or pad driver would be the correct one. Oh no, it could be 17”, 18”, 19” or 20” brush you need, depending on the manufacturer.

Here are a few ways to ensure you get what you need:

#1: Make sure you have the EXACT part # of the brush you want.

#2: Contact Us with the Manufacturer and model # of the machine you have and the type of floor you will be cleaning. We will let you know exactly what you need!

#3: Guy is really good with pictures! Send a picture of the machine and the brush to orders@renusupplies.com and he will figure it out!

#4: I think we still have a fax machine if you want to send over some drawings too.
